1. User Roles:
• Agent
• Client
• Admin
2. Agent Registration and Tiers:
• Agents register on the app.
• Agents are divided into three tiers: 1st tier (highest), 2nd tier, and 3rd tier (lowest).
• Admin allocates commission to 1st tier agents.
• 1st tier agents can manage and allocate commission to 2nd tier agents.
• 2nd tier agents can manage and allocate commission to 3rd tier agents.
3. Registration Process:
• Admin approves agent registration.
• Agents receive notification to confirm successful registration.
• Admin can view agent information and client information.
4. Insurance Contract Information:
• Agents input the insurance contract information signed with clients.
• Agents send invitations to their clients.
5. Client Registration and Insurance Plan:
• Clients click on the link and register with their phone number and OTP.
• Clients can view their own insurance plan.
6. Body Checking and Appointment Booking:
• Clients book for body checking before making an appointment for injection.
• Service catalog appears after completing the body checking.
• Agents receive clients’ body check reports from the medical center and upload them to the app.
• Agents confirm the body check completion and client’s eligibility for medical treatment booking.
7. Service Booking:
• Clients can view the service catalog and select services for booking.
• Agents receive notifications and arrange bookings for clients.
8. Commission and Purchases:
• Agents receive commission based on number of injections for that month. (TBC)
• Clients receive medical records after injection.
9. Commission Management:
• The commission percentages are maintained by the admin.
