I need someone who knows how to develop website, design landing pages, and knows how to use CSS.

Being familar with platforms like WordPress, Divi AND Elementor programs, and other landing page builders is also a must.

For this specific project I need 3 to 5 pages done on wordpress using divi. The site that will be referenced for a similar build is "https://elevationchurch.org/" and so you’ll be expected to know how to create a similar home page and functionality.

A Mobile Friendly site is extremely important which means it needs to load fast and doesn’t need to be bulked down with CSS so clean  design skills is a must.
