Looking for an expert in Twilio who can help us get the most out of the service.

We currently have an Australian mobile number via Twilio to receive / send SMS which is integrated with Missive. This is a number for a specific company use and not used for SMS marketing. We now want to be able to connect that same mobile number to Teams and forward any calls received on that number to MS Teams (which anyone in the team should be able to answer).

We also want to set up a 2nd Twilio mobile number to use to SMS leads, ideally integrated with Pipedrive and/or ActiveCampagin so we can send messages based on an automation in one of those tools, and also see the SMS’s in Missive so we can easily respond to any replies.

We also want to set up some country-specific toll-free numbers in Twilio and forward those to MS Teams like a virtual receptionist. If the call arrives outside certain hours or is not picked up it should go to voice message (in Twilio or in Teams).

We need help with figuring out how we can achieve the desired functionality as easily as possible i.e. we can compromise it that means we can use standard functionality.

And then once we’re clear on exactly what we need and how to do it, we want you to set it up and document how it is configured / works so our developer can look after it in the future.
