Job Description:
We are seeking a Twilio and Voiceflow integration specialist to develop a sophisticated phone system. This system will initiate outbound calls to our customers when a specified webhook is triggered. It will incorporate Voiceflow’s voice IVR to guide the call flow, including playing prompts and capturing user responses, before ultimately transferring the call to a live agent based on the interaction. This role is crucial for enhancing our automated customer engagement processes, ensuring a seamless bridge between automated interactions and human support.

Responsibilities:
Develop and integrate a system using Twilio’s Programmable Voice API to initiate calls based on webhook triggers.
Use Voiceflow to design and implement an IVR system that plays prompts to the user upon call answer and navigates based on their responses.
Create logic to evaluate user responses within the IVR flow and determine the appropriate time for live agent transfer.
Ensure seamless integration between the Twilio-powered call system, Voiceflow IVR, and our webhook infrastructure.
Collaborate with our team to align the new system with our existing customer support and engagement strategies.
Perform comprehensive testing to guarantee the reliability and user-friendliness of the call system.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in Twilio’s Programmable Voice API and Voiceflow for creating and managing IVR systems.
Strong experience in webhook management and real-time event triggering.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages for Twilio and Voiceflow integration, such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.
Demonstrable ability to design and implement complex call flows involving automated and live interactions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and independence in managing project timelines and deliverables.
Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills for effective teamwork and project reporting.
Nice to Have:
Background in developing customer service platforms or similar technologies.
Experience with CRM integration and managing customer data across systems.
