We are open to framework suggestions, but please nothing exotic. Something like Node.js would be ideal.
We do not need any specific design or UX/UI work – just a standard framework template. Responsive HTML coding for desktop/tablet resolutions.
Please provide me with a rough estimate for the project with no commitment, just as a reference.

– to speak Ukrainian;

– with similar development experience;
– with Telegram API experience;
– with understanding of specifics of Telegram mini apps.
