We are seeking a highly skilled developer to create a state-of-the-art web-based backtesting software for traders. The primary objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive backtesting tool leveraging TradingView that enables traders to rigorously test and refine their trading strategies. The software must provide an intuitive, user-friendly interface combined with advanced features and analytics. Designed specifically for Forex backtesting and simulation, the platform should deliver valuable insights into trading strategies, helping users to build, test, and optimize their approaches effectively. Additionally, the platform must be mobile-friendly, allowing traders to test their strategies on the go. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in software development, particularly in web-based applications, and possess a deep understanding of trading strategies and TradingView.

Responsibilities:

1. Creating the Backtesting Software:

   • TradingView Charts Integration: Seamless incorporation of TradingView charts for comprehensive analysis. (repo will be provided and also broker api)

    •Order Management: Facilitating easy creation and management of orders within the TradingView chart, including instant buy/sell, buy limit/sell limit, buy stop/sell stop functionalities.

    •Drawing Templates: Enabling the saving and reusing of drawing tool templates.

   • Economic Calendar: Providing a view of upcoming news events to aid in decision-making.

   • Multiple Timeframes: Supporting various timeframes such as 1min, 2min, 3min, 4min, 5min, 10min, 15min, 30min, 1hr, 4hr, 1 day, 1 week, month, and any custom timeframes chosen by traders.

2. Forex Analytics Dashboard:

    FX Pairs Supported:
       • Major Pairs: USDZAR, NZDJPY, NZDCHF, NZDCAD, CHFJPY, AUDNZD, AUDCHF, GBPCAD, EURNZD, XAGUSD, GBPNZD, EURCAD, XAUUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF, USDCAD, NZDUSD, GBPUSD, GBPJPY, EURGBP, EURUSD, GBPAUD, EURJPY, EURCHF, CADCHF, EURAUD, CADJPY, AUDJPY, AUDCAD, AUDUSD

       • Profit and Loss Summary
       •Risk to Reward Summary
       • Buy/Sell Analytics
       • Performance Analysis by Hour, Day, Month
       • Risk/Reward Performance Calendar

Requirements:

    Strong background in software development, particularly in creating web-based applications.
    In-depth understanding of trading strategies and TradingView.
    Attention to detail and ability to deliver a user-friendly interface with advanced analytical features.
    Experience with mobile-friendly platform development is a plus.
