Looking for an experience implementer of ticket management software in a shared mailbox in multiple departments. We have different systems, process or none, and different methods across the organisation. We need an experienced person with the capability to pull this into line and map and help us two or three softwares for all departments. We also have a problem with creating a new shared mailbox for every new process and we need more principles and governance around this.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$50.00
