Israeli Defence Forces intelligence chiefs knew about Hamas’ battle plan months before the October 7, 2023, attack on Israel, according to a stunning report by Channel 12. The Israeli military intelligence codenamed the Hamas attack document “Jericho Walls.” According to Channel 12, the Arabic language document was written in October 2021 and was obtained by Unit 8200 in April 2022. However, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi, and other senior IDF officials didn’t see the document.
