Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist us in validating contact information via phone calls and logging the results into our CRM system. The primary task will be to call provided phone numbers and ascertain whether the contact person matches a specified individual, let’s say "Bob," and if so, inquire if they are affiliated with a particular company. We are looking for speed with this job.  

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to provided phone numbers.
Verify if the contacted person is the specified individual ("Bob") or not.
Log the results accurately into our CRM system.
If the individual is "Bob," further inquire about their affiliation with a specific company.
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate logging of information.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to data privacy guidelines.
Previous experience with CRM systems preferred but not required.
Reliable internet connection and availability to make calls during specified hours.
This is a remote position, and the workload can vary depending on the number of phone numbers provided. If you are diligent, organized, and comfortable with phone communication, we’d like to hear from you. Please include any relevant experience or qualifications in your proposal.
