Using one of official: https://github.com/morethanwords/tweb or https://github.com/Ajaxy/telegram-tt. Or non official telegram client: https://github.com/gram-js/gramjs. Implement following functionality:

Offline mode
Use case:
1. Export data from existing account (https://telegram.org/blog/export-and-more)
2. Connect exported data to telegram client
3. You should be able to browse data in offline mode (chats, media).It should works

Online mode
Use case:
1. Use tdata or telethon session to authorize
2. You should be able to use all functionality of telegram client (messaging, media, see other person typing etc)
3. Possibility to easily switch between auth sessions (conncting tdata or telethon session)
