I need to develop a Telegram bot similar to @ChatterShield_Bot that lock/send a message in a group chat and ask to the community to do actions in exchange of token pool prize setted by the admin.

Example. I am the community manager of Shiba Inu and I set up a pool prize of 10000 SHIBA for who: Like, Retweet, reply and share this tweet with person on telegram.

From admin side:
They need to set the token prize pool.
They need to set the actions
They need to set the time to complete the tasks
They need to set the amount of partecipants
Message broadcasting to users

From the user side:
They receive daily actions if they complete all, they receive the rewards in token.
Actions can be on Twitter (follow,  rt, reply, bookmark) and also on telegram (join channel, join group forward message) or also Website views or custom action.
They send their wallet, their twitter and their telegram to be logged.
