I am working on developing a new product that is a database of all the ways people can make money outside of a full-time job. The goal is to match people with things that align with their passions, lifestyle, and expectations.

Unfortunately, this is a side hustle for me, so I need someone with technical and operational skills to push this forward.

The current team is a designer, developer, data entry / ai prompt worker, and 4 copywriters.

I would like to bring in someone who is a leader to oversee this team and project, bring it to life, and increase the quality of what is being created.

I’m seeking someone who sees the vision and cares about helping others find their passion.

The ideal candidate has a technical enough background in design, UX, UI, data, and WordPress to critique the design and unblock the developer. They preferably also understand how SEO works. It’s a plus if you have ever worked with affiliate marketing links or platforms as well.
