Based in Rwp, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects of our projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
● Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.
● Utilise coding experience to provide technical guidance, review code quality, and contribute to the development of software solutions when needed.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
● Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to achieve project goals.
● Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimise impact on project timelines and deliverables.
● Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, designers, and QA , to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
● Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
● Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
● Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies in project management and software development
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
Knowledge of cloud technologies , Java , web development, and softwareengineering concepts is preferred
