We are looking for an experienced full-stack WordPress developer to join our team as a Technical Interviewer on a freelance/contract basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct in-depth technical interviews with candidates applying for full-stack WordPress developer positions. Your expertise in WordPress will be crucial in evaluating the technical skills and fit of potential hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed technical interviews with candidates for full-stack WordPress developer roles.
• Assess candidates’ proficiency in WordPress development, including both front-end and back-end skills.
• Evaluate coding abilities, problem-solving skills, and overall technical expertise.
• Provide comprehensive feedback and recommendations on each candidate interviewed.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to refine interview processes and criteria.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a full-stack WordPress developer.
• Extensive knowledge of WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and custom functionality.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (PHP, MySQL).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess technical skills accurately and provide detailed feedback.
• Experience conducting technical interviews or mentoring other developers is a plus.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on a variety of WordPress projects.
• Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows.
• Previous experience in a technical interviewing or hiring capacity.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$35.00
