We are in search of an experienced architect or full-stack developer to conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills and knowledge in software engineering, code quality, and related areas. You will be provided with a list of candidates from our pipeline and will be responsible for assessing their coding abilities, verifying experience, and evaluating English proficiency and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting one-on-one technical interviews to evaluate candidates’ proficiency in DB, DevOps, architecture, JavaScript, frameworks, and more.
Updating our developer database with detailed assessments on specific items, accompanied by your opinions and comments.
Compensation will be based on either a per-interview or hourly basis, depending on preference.
