We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech CTO Partner to collaborate with us in building a cutting-edge Real Estate Investing SAAS platform. The platform will be designed to automatically match leads to investors, streamlining the process and enhancing efficiency. As the Tech CTO Partner, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a profound impact in the real estate industry.

Online SAAS will incorporate:
1.  Inputting an Address
2. Automatching to investors and selling agents / ranking based on criteria
3. Skiptracing the investors (using internally built or 3rd party built into system)
4.  Sending out messages to these investors using SMS / email tool (using internally built or 3rd party built into system)

Big part of this will be sourcing seller agent name/phone/email data from APIs from each MLS nationwide (dont have direct access) or if a corelogic provides this

Key Skills:
– Strong technical expertise in software development and architecture
– Proficiency in SAAS platform development
– Experience with lead generation and management systems
– Knowledge of real estate investing industry
– UX / Design
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
– Ability to lead and mentor a team
