We are looking for an experienced AWS serverless backend developer to help guide an undergraduate Computer Science student along in learning an already existing system/codebase for a sports prediction app. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AWS serverless architecture and be able to communicate functionality and potential future improvements clearly.

After the collaboration phase, the main focus of this project will shift to improving the backend infrastructure, ensuring smooth data flow, and implementing new features as required. If interested, we would love to keep you on retainer for future development (with new hourly wages being negotiated).

    Skills required:
    – Proficiency in AWS serverless architecture (e.g., AWS lambda, DynamoDB, S3)
    – Proficiency in Python
    – Strong communication skills
    – Strong knowledge of backend development
    – Experience with API integration
    – Fluent in English
   
This is a medium-sized project expected to last 2 – 4 weeks. We are seeking a professional developer who can meet over Zoom regularly and consistently throughout the week, as well as being responsive over email to any questions the student may have.

Hourly Range: $10.00-$30.00
