We are seeking an experienced Task Management Tool Specialist who can seamlessly integrate and optimize task management platforms with Zapier. Your role will involve setting up, customizing, and automating workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency across our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Setup & Customization: Configure and customize task management tools (Airtable, Asana, Monday.com) to fit our specific project needs.
• Zapier Integration: Design and implement Zapier workflows to automate repetitive tasks and integrate various apps and services.
• Workflow Optimization: Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on using task management tools and understanding new workflows.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve any issues related to task management tools or Zapier integrations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Airtable, Asana, and Monday.com.
• Strong proficiency in Zapier and creating complex integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team.
• Experience in workflow automation and project management is a plus.
Compensation:
