Responsibilities:

Design and improve user interfaces for our web applications
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Collaborate with our development team to ensure smooth implementation of designs
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make informed design decisions
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in UI/UX
Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Understanding of responsive design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus

Hourly Range: $22.00-$44.00
