We are developing an Application that involves the creation of a bespoke html online application form. Our concept designs are in PDF format. We would like to identify a front-end developer to create html pages from our concepts, that our back-end team can utilize in building out the app.  This current project involves one page that we would to create as an html page, and we are hoping to find a front-end designer we can then use longer term. The relevant PDF is attached.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$44.00
