Using a web based application which offers Zapier and API access. Goal – To synchronize data from the web based application with MS PowerApps. Here are the steps:

1. Review API documentation – Review the API documentation and determine whether more Contacts fields are transferable using the API or Zapier. My assessment is that Zapier allows transfer of all fields, while the API documentation is limited to basic contact information.

If all fields are not transferable, alert about limitations. If necessary stop work.

2. Create two way synchronization between the web based application and Microsoft Dataverse, so that the data can cleanly be transferred back and forth between the databases. Best practices should be used.

At this point, we will discuss what further steps to take, which might include building out a system for reports and accessing the data for the creation of flows and merge to documents.

Please provide experience with similar projects and an estimate of the hours and total costs of such a project.
