A project will be something similar to Web Based OneDrive or Google Drive. It will include following functionality.

1. A Web Based File Manager
2. User can see all the files listed nicely in the file Manager
3. He will be able to view the files
4. Ability to Edit Word/Excel files.
5. Ability to Co-edit word/excel files.
6. Share files as Links.
7. Set password and expiry dates for the shared links

SyncFusion/DevExpress do support many of the features readily.
So knowledge of SyncFusion/DevExpress is essential.
