Hello. We are a tour operator company. Our website (under development) is built on WordPress. This is what we need to achieve.

We need flight data sync in our website specifically:
1) Flight price
2) Flight departure/landing time for roundtrip flight

This is for internal use only. We do not sell flight ticket to client individually. We have (via Woocommerce) a travel product. Internally we should be updated on the price of the flight, to know when to keep or close the product according to that price.

We know and tried FlightAPI.io but are open to any kind of alternative. Here the specific.

As a tour operator company we need the data from a very specific flight. We don’t care about the cheapest for that date, or the comparison. We base our travel product to a specific flight and we will need our data for that, no matter if it’s the most expensive.

So, after picking a very specific flight such as:
1) Company: Ryanair
2) Departure date: 2024/02/23
3) Departure time: h11:22
4) Arrival time: 12:30
5) Return date: 2024/02/26
6) Departure date: 2024/02/23
7) Departure time: h20:30
8) Arrival time: h21:40

We need this data to be inserte in some ACF field we have already applied to our products.

We are now updating these fields manually for each product but this is undoable in the long run.

We need an API service that sync the most updated price and date+time of the roundtrip flight (as they might be changing).

Since it’s for internal use only, we don’t need a lot of API calls. Maybe if we check twice a day (morning and afternoon) the data of a flight is enough. If tricky to implement, one call a day can be good.

We have nearly 250 fligth to monitor individually. We are accustomed to code, so you can make the setup for a single flight and with your tutorial we will do the rest.
