Outline a standard evaluation framework and method to migrate several apps to adapt to the changes coming in iOS18 with regards to Siri and Apple Intelligence.
Work directly with product owner to prototype and document an app embodying these changes
Thoroughly QA the app with unit test suite at 90%+ coverage
Deliver a release of the app to the App Store
Document your code; we do code reviews.
Qualifications:
Mastery of Swift 5; solid understanding of Swift 6
Up-to-date on iOS18 changes just announced (e.g. App Intents, IndexedEntity)
Mastery of SwiftUI and experienced at translating pixel-perfect Figma designs
Mastery of code generation with AI. Know your prompts.
Knowledge of object-oriented concepts and frameworks (e.g. MVU )
Experience with XCode Cloud for CI/CD
Experience with Swift Package Manager
Familiarity with REST APIs
Familiarity with persistence layers such as SwiftData, MongoDB, and Firebase
A devotee of Git; we use GitFlow to manage our branches.
Fan of open source; we believe in leveraging open source and contributing back to it
Remote:
We use Google Meet with *cameras on* to collaborate with the team.
You must be available at least 4 hours during our Pacific Time workday
