We need an ultra-compact device with a 12-millimeter diameter, composed of two boards with an LIR1025 battery sandwiched between them. The boards should include:
nRF52840 with a Bluetooth antenna
An accelerometer capable of reading acceleration by the processor and (crucially) awakening the processor from deep sleep upon motion detection
A temperature sensor (preferred)
A compact connector with lines for SWD, battery power/charging, USB. Compliance with standards like USB type C is not necessary
Power circuitry for LIR1025
Two RGB LEDs, one on each board
The boards should be interconnected with headers or connectors, without the need for soldering
The device should have a round (cylindrical) form factor with a 12 mm diameter and a height not exceeding 12 mm
Prototypes will be manufactured by JLCPCB and must adhere to their manufacturing capabilities and available components.
The cost of prototypes should be reasonable, though price optimization is not a priority.
Development time is critical.
Deliverables should include:
Source files in Altium Designer or K-CAD in the client’s git repository
A complete file set for ordering samples from JLCPCB
