We have several clients on Woo Commerce using stripe right now.
I am looking for someone to troubleshoot the issues that are coming in, put a fix in place and help us update our systems to prevent them in the future.
We are using the Woo commerce Stripe integration.
I am currently seeing this issue on subscriptions
"payment_intent_unexpected_state
You cannot confirm this PaymentIntent because it’s missing a payment method. You can either update the PaymentIntent with a payment method and then confirm it again, or confirm it again directly with a payment method or ConfirmationToken."
I am not clear on what tool is not playing well or what is happening to cause this.
There is a second one we are seeing
"Sorry, we are unable to process the payment at this time. Reason: The provided PaymentMethod was previously used with a PaymentIntent without Customer attachment, shared with a connected account without Customer attachment, or was detached from a Customer. It may not be used again. To use a PaymentMethod multiple times, you must attach it to a Customer first. https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_KGsmltuH08ttlq?t=1717083730"
I am looking for someone to fix these issues and help us to figure out how to fix them proactively going forward.
