I am in need of someone who knows how setup a dedicated server for Half-Life 2 Deathmatch. While trying to get this accomplished, my skillset has proven this task is just out of reach.

The server box is dedicated to this function only, all programs are installed with Windows 10 Pro operating system.  The box is a Lenovo 710q with ethernet connection.

Scope: Using remote desktop, complete the setup of a dedicated server for HL2DM on Steam. Install a maps package and provide some instruction on configuration.
