I run a registered digital agency in the USA and we mostly work with clients through Upwork. Due to excess workload, I am now looking for a frontend developer/agency who would work more like a partner than a developer. I need someone who is familiar with frontend platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow and Squarespace. React/MERN is an added bonus.

It doesn’t really matter where you’re from or whether you’re an Individual or Agency. All that matters is that you’re hardworking and honest.

How I work is:
Before I assign you a task, I’m going to share it’s details with you.
I’d expect you to look through those details, check credentials and documentations and reach out if you have any questions.
Based on the Job scope, You give me a fixed price for the task.
If the price works and is profitable for me, I’ll assign you the project.
You will be expected to share timely responses and updates (If I have to run after you asking for things, then I’d rather do it Myself)
We will run a couple of initial test projects, based on how you work, If I’m impressed, I’ll add you to the pipeline with my longterm clients, which means more + steady monthly income for you.

AGAIN, I am looking for more of a partner than simply a resource. I should feel comfortable sharing project prices with you.

My requirements:
You should have a stable internet connection – we mostly work through vps systems and slow internet just won’t do.
You must read and understand English well – WE WILL SPEAK OVER ZOOM BEFORE I HIRE YOU! I need to make sure, when I send you documentation, you understand it instead of asking me questions. At times, you will be asked to respond/communicate with clients via email.
You must be dedicated – I understand you have your own individual projects and clients, but this is an opportunity for a steady, stable income. You need to be proactive and focused. The better you do, the more I send your way.

I doesn’t matter if your proposal shows at position #1 or #50. I will make sure I look through it. So please take your time to go through my requirements and feel free to tell me why You feel You’re the best fit for the job. This is a long term position and I want to be 100% sure about who I work with. Any copy/paste proposals will be automatically removed.
