We are looking for a skilled developer to code a custom sorting algorithm that can be accessed via a web or phone app. The algorithm should efficiently sort a given a pool of X participants, divide them into Y sub-groups of Z participants each. The algorithm will need to run a minimum of 4 consecutive cycles for each pool of participants, yielding different sub-groups with minimum duplication of participants. Results will need to be broadcast to the participants via SMS (or similar) or an app interface. ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
