I need someone familiar with the Solana blockchain and smart contracts to make a sniping/arbitrage bot.

I want the bot to scan price-action – execute a buy trade – scan price action – execute a sell trade with profits each time.
and/or scan transactions of a certain volume that impacts the price-action significantly and the bot executes trades before & after the transaction (MEV).
