*About the Role*:
We are seeking an expert Solana developer to design and implement a private mempool for the Solana blockchain. This role involves creating a custom solution to support Maximum Extractable Value (MEV) strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Solana, blockchain development, and a solid understanding of MEV.

*Responsibilities*:
•  Design, develop, and deploy a private mempool solution for the Solana blockchain.
•  Ensure the mempool integrates seamlessly with existing Solana protocols.
•  Implement security measures to protect the private mempool from external threats.
•  Optimize the mempool for performance and scalability.
•  Develop and test MEV strategies using the private mempool.
•  Collaborate with the team to ensure the solution meets all technical and business requirements.
•  Provide documentation and training to internal teams on the usage and maintenance of the private mempool.

*Qualifications*:
•  Proven experience in Solana blockchain development.
•  Strong understanding of blockchain principles, including consensus mechanisms and transaction processing.
•  Experience with Rust programming language.
•  Familiarity with MEV concepts and strategies.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
•  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•  Previous experience developing private mempools or similar blockchain infrastructure is highly desirable.

*Nice to Have*:
•  Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
•  Understanding of cryptographic principles and security best practices.
•  Experience with other blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot).
