at the moment we are using task manager in outlook to remind us when client is due for the 3 monthly service

we are also using excel to track when client is due to be billed, which is after the 4th service, but payable upfront prior to the next contract year

we are using xero and also service m8, but service m8 is not meeting our needs

we need a program that can set billing reminders and keep track of when servicing is due

i am suffering from death by spreadsheet please help
