We want to create a cloud based procurement software that manages each stage of tender from saving documents to issuing to all the companies and also comparing quotes.

It needs to be interactive web application. an example is *procurepro* if the applicant wants to see what kind of development is required.

This would be a long term role and you would work with the founder to set up the platform to make it commercial.
