After engaging in some conversations we found some possible investment opportunity however everything requires a proof of concept. We would like to create a cloud based program that interfaces using Al and predictive analytics to explore staffing to demand and using forecasted trends. This for example could be used in the hotel business. If you have 500 rooms. 100 staff of all types. Seasonality. Weather. Trends. Blend it with the trendy Al space and the output would show on this day you need xyz number of room cleaners. 5 janitors. 10 clerks.
Xyz. Also looking at employ performance and call offs. No shows and looking at the ability to retain staff. Trying to be brief but explain. But looking at staffing from a completely plugged in dynamic model. Using Al. Visually appealing. Also a strong decision science model. It’s a challenge and a long term relationship or partnership in an area to a highly desirable area is needed. Again this is for a proof of concept so when quoting give me an idea of total cost to reach a general proof of. Concept. As we begin to frame this project out it will be critical to understand an estimated cost and time frame therefore please submit a complete proposal.  Keywords for this project.  Cloud based software program which can be sold to businesses or large companies so this must be scalable.  The decision science portion should look and interface with AI leveraging the power of AI to support.    This should also be built in a way that it can interface and use data publically however should a customer provide internal proprietary data it must be designed In a way with extreme privacy.  Aka public information pulled and also private information to have the system learn and compute. Aside from staffing other variables should be made available to be added to help fine tune projections.
