We’re designing an experience where people looking for a life partner sign-up online with their preferences, and then get matched to attend an in-person event where they can meet their matches in real life. This is an alternative to online dating.

We are working EASTERN TIME, and would prefer at least a few hours of overlap between 10 AM and 6 PM EASTERN TIME.

LOOKING FOR
2 back-end developers, 2 front-end developers, for a minimum of 4 weeks full-time for the initial work, and we have a roadmap for over a year (but perhaps not as many resources needed ongoing).
The social collaboration, openness, and positive vibes and values is extremely important and we will choose a less experienced agency that’s honest and humble if needed.

We will provide UX/UI and overall product requirements.
Project management and solution architecture resources/strategy can be discussed.
We want this to be a long-term collaboration so that we don’t need to build out another team later on.

BACK-END (2x Node.JS with POSTGRESQL)
– previous experience developing an application with 1000+ users (more is preferred), and then doing additional features and rollouts after initial MVP
– experience with NEST / Express or similar frameworks

FRONT-END (2x React with full-stack knowledge)
–  Our app will have some single-page applications (multiple views are loaded at page load), and others where it’s sequential requiring a fresh page load to access subsequent information
– Tailwind CSS experience required
– Previous experience delivering visually appealing interfaces that are robust, responsive (mobile + desktop scaling), and performant

Nice to haves:
– cybersecurity
– DevOps
– hybrid-mobile app experience (Capacitor preferred)
– writing graph algorithms

Hourly Range: $5.00-$10.00
