I am looking for a website designer that can put together websites for multiple small business to create web presence. This could be anything from a plumber to a pizza shop to a chiropractor.

Ability to do some SEO for the websites and create an online store would be excellent too.

This needs to be done in a way that I can modify them after you have completed the initial design and all payments/subscriptions for web hosting can be transferred to me.

I am not sure if WordPress would be the best way to go about this or if Wix or Squarespace would be sufficient. I am open to ideas of how to best go about this.

Please let me know your rates, estimated time to create a simple website and show any relevant examples of websites you have already done.
