We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to complete the development of a subscription-based car booking platform. We require an adept developer to incorporate specific components, ensuring our UI/UX developer can integrate them with our current system. Familiarity with Miro is a plus on this front.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement a Subscription Service: Your task involves crafting and embedding a subscription framework reminiscent of Audible’s point system. It is vital to ensure the effective management of user subscriptions and the distribution of points.

Develop a Booking Calendar: Create a user-friendly calendar system that allows customers to book cars using their accumulated points. The calendar should be intuitive, reliable, and seamlessly integrated with the subscription model.

Admin Features for Car Management: Your role includes creating a rudimentary admin portal for our team to list new cars and modify their availability. This interface should be uncomplicated and practical.

Required Skills:

Proficient in JavaScript and familiar with frameworks like React or Angular (based on our existing stack).
Experience with backend languages like Node.js or Python for server-side logic.
Knowledge of database management, preferably with experience in SQL or NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with creating subscription-based services and integrating payment gateways.
Experience in building booking systems or similar scheduling tools.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles (collaboration with a designer will be optional).
Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with website builders like Wix is a plus but not mandatory.

Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a designer and other team members.
Portfolio showcasing relevant previous projects.

The developer is expected to lay out the barebones of these functionalities, leaving them in a state that is easily modifiable. This approach is to facilitate subsequent enhancements and refinements by our UI/UX designer and me, to seamlessly blend these elements into our final design.
