We are in search of a dedicated freelance web developer with expertise in Elementor Pro for creating responsive WordPress websites from Adobe XD mockups. Our projects typically consist of 1-4 pages, including homepages, about pages, menu pages, and contact pages. An essential aspect of this role is the ability to use best judgment for tablet and mobile adjustments, as our mockups primarily include the desktop version.

Key Responsibilities:
– Convert Adobe XD mockups into fully functional WordPress sites using Elementor Pro.
– Websites generally range from 1 to 4 pages.
– Ensure precise replication of designs while making suitable adjustments for tablet and mobile views.
– Utilize global styles in Elementor Pro without relying on extra plugins or add-ons.
– Deliver projects with minimal need for revisions and free from bugs.

Requirements:
– Strong experience in Elementor Pro and a portfolio showcasing your web designs.
– Ability to make judgment calls for tablet and mobile designs based on desktop mockups.
– A keen eye for detail and strong aesthetic sense.
– Proficiency in converting Adobe XD designs to WordPress.
– Commitment to maintaining deadlines and producing high-quality work.

Compensation:
– Fixed rate: $100 for single-page websites; $400 for full websites (1-4 pages).
– Potential for many ongoing projects throughout the year.
