We are looking for a skilled freelancer to migrate our website from PHP 5.6 to either PHP 7.0 or 8, while also updating the MySQL database. The site was built using Dreamweaver tools, which are no longer supported. The freelancer should have expertise in PHP and MySQL to ensure a seamless migration and compatibility with the new PHP versions. The freelancer should also have experience working with PHP 7.0 or 8 and be familiar with the process of upgrading a site from PHP 5.6 to the latest version.  Familiarity with dreamweaver tools and extensions will be useful.  The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PHP and MySQL and be able to provide a detailed plan for the migration process.
