Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an E-commerce Catalog and webmaster Specialist. This role is responsible for managing our (Multiple) Shopify product catalogs and overseeing the technical aspects of our website to ensure an optimal online shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Product Catalog Management:

Administer the Shopify product catalog, including adding new products, updating existing listings, and ensuring accurate product information, images, and pricing.
Organize products into categories and collections to optimize navigation and enhance user experience.
Monitor inventory levels and update product availability as necessary.
Implement best practices for product data management and optimization to improve searchability and conversion rates.
Website Administration:

Serve as the primary webmaster for our Shopify site, overseeing technical aspects such as theme customization, app integration, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement website updates, including content changes, design enhancements, and feature additions.
Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve any issues related to performance, usability, or security.
Stay informed about Shopify platform updates and best practices to ensure our website remains current and optimized for success.
Content Management:

Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with inventory levels.
Ensure consistency and quality of product information across all listings, including descriptions, images, and specifications.
Implement content changes and updates as needed to reflect changes in product offerings or business priorities.
Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor website analytics to track key performance metrics, such as traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
Generate reports to provide insights into product performance, customer behavior, and website effectiveness.
Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making related to catalog management and website optimization.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Previous experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website customization and troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics is a plus.
