I am looking at how it would be possible to create a application that can be configured via a secure Web interface to act as a VoIP extension so that it can be integrated as a agent of a pbx.

The idea is that callers could interact with the application via voice and using the ChatGPT voice API have it interact in conversations and then eventually have the ability to interact with 3rd party platforms via api.

The system would need to have fail-safes in place in the event of a connectivity error to the voice API to redirect the calls to a default destination etc.

The system would need to be multi-tenanted with each tenant needing the ability to setup their own instance and integrations.

To be successful you need to have experience in VoIP and the creation of a SIP client which can be used to interact between the PBX and ChatGPT API.

Stage 1 would be to complete and agent which can a caller can talk too.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$50.00
