We build Showit websites for coaches, quickly. You would be responsible for using our set of pre-built Showit website templates and customizing them to fit the client’s brand and business.

Rate of Pay: $425 per client project. Each project is roughly 7–12 hours of your time.

Project Responsibilities:
• Adding the client’s branding (colors, logos, fonts, etc) to the Showit account + updating the template design to match their brand
• Adding the client’s photos to the account + placing them in the template as needed/appropriate
• Sourcing stock photos from free or paid stock photo sites to round out the photo needs
• Adding the client’s website copy (written by our in-house professional copywriter) to the website and editing the layout as needed/appropriate
• Making design changes to the website template in order to match the client’s website goals and create an effective and impactful website
• Going back to make revisions and updates after the client has reviewed the website design

What You Should Know:
• We have a tight turnaround time for these website projects. The initial design phase would happen between Monday and Friday. You then submit the design to our Project Manager for review and edit requests before the first draft is sent to the client the following week. By the following week, the client submits their revision requests, and you are responsible for making edits/changes, so the final website can be delivered to the client on a Friday afternoon. Total project lifespan: 3 weeks.
• Typical projects will take you between 7–12 hours for all work: initial design and revisions process.
• You will not have direct contact with the client. All client communication is handled by the Project Manager, who will make sure the client has delivered everything you need to complete the project ahead of time, as well as any clarification or communication needed during the project.
• This contractor role is not salaried and does not include insurance or other benefits. It’s paid per project, and we cannot guarantee a set number of projects per month or year. That said, you would likely have the opportunity for anywhere from 2–6 client projects per month, depending on your availability and our bookings.
• Our team communicates via Slack and Notion. You would be required to have or create accounts with these platforms (free to you) in order to communicate with our team.

Your Skills & Experience:
• You have working knowledge and experience using Showit to design and build websites. We do not have time to train you, so this is a requirement.
• You have either a) education and training in graphic design fundamentals or b) 1–3 years experience in graphic design work that would have taught you design fundamentals (such as alignment, letter spacing, layout, etc.).
• You can navigate Google Docs (for website copy) and download images from Drive, Dropbox, or other cloud platforms.
• You can communicate your needs or questions to the Project Manager, and are open to constructive criticism of your designs.

Hourly Range: $35.00-$60.00
