We are looking to have our Product Page (https://us.oliveunion.com/products/olive-max) and Homepage (https://us.oliveunion.com/) redesigned and remade in Shopify to improve current sales performance. After benchmarking and comparing to competitors, we have realized that our current pages are outdated and need an update.

After these two priority pages, there are a couple of other pages we would like to have looked at.

We are located in Japan/Korea and operate in Japan/KR Time. English is our preferred language for communication. During the project, we would ideally like a weekly call with updates and feedback.

A figma or design draft will be provided for each page request. We are looking to have the following deliverables created:

1. Homepage
2. Product Page (Easy to use template that can be re-used for future releases)
3. Resources Menu Header
4. Resources Page
5. About Us Page
6. Blog Category Page

The main targets and KPI’s of this project we will use to assess performance will be the following:

1. Improve purchase CVR to 1%
2. Improve Newsletter Subscription Submission Rate improvement by .5%
3. Improved Website Performance (vs current rating and pagespeed insights: https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-us-oliveunion-com/gowjfs9p1l?form_factor=mobile)
