Description:
We are looking for an experienced Integration Specialist to manage and automate the synchronization of our Shopify and QuickBooks Online data with SmartSuite using Make.com (formerly Integromat). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and managing complex integrations between these platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate synchronization of orders, inventory, and customer information.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain integrations between Shopify, QuickBooks Online, and SmartSuite using Make.com.
Set up webhooks and automate workflows to ensure real-time data synchronization.
Ensure accurate mapping of data fields between Shopify, QuickBooks Online, and SmartSuite.
Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues to maintain smooth operation.
Work closely with our team to understand business requirements and provide integration solutions.
Document integration processes and provide training to internal staff as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience with Shopify and QuickBooks Online integrations.
Extensive experience with Make.com (Integromat) for automation and data synchronization.
Strong understanding of API integrations and webhooks.
Experience with SmartSuite or similar CRM platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with other automation tools and platforms.
Familiarity with inventory management best practices.
Basic understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
Project management skills to handle multiple integration projects simultaneously.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$40.00
