We are seeking an experienced Shopify E-Commerce Store Manager to oversee and manage our online store on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify store management, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer experience.

Responsibilities:

    Manage and update the Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
    Optimize the store for better performance and user experience.
    Monitor and analyze store performance, implementing strategies to improve sales and conversion rates.
    Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
    Ensure the store complies with SEO best practices.

Requirements:

    Proven experience managing Shopify stores.
    Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and trends.
    Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    Proficiency in SEO and online marketing strategies.
    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with Shopify apps and integrations.
    Knowledge of graphic design and basic HTML/CSS.

Project Duration:

This is a project-based role with the potential for ongoing work based on performance and business needs.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$30.00
