Background:
I operate an online store on Shopify that offers a fast delivery service called "Express." This service includes a selection of products tagged with "Express," which are stored in multiple warehouses to ensure delivery within one hour of placing the order.

The Challenge:
1- We are facing an issue where customers can add both "Express" tagged products and regular products to the same cart. To streamline our operations and avoid complications, we need to implement a solution that ensures customers can only have either "Express" products or regular products in their cart at any one time, not both.

2- Geolocation-based Product Display Solution:
We need to implement a feature that:

Determines the customer’s city (Riyadh or Jeddah) based on their IP address or pop up to Select city or any another reliable geolocation method.
Displays only the products available in the customer’s specific Location
