I need someone to set up Shopify and associated plugins for a service retail business, which is an indoor playground. This will include online purchase and in-store POS.

The business will have three types of sales:

1) One-off visits and monthly passes for individual users.

Discount codes and gift cards will need to be useable for both of these purchase types. Monthly passes will need to have the ability for a family to hold multiple passes for multiple kids, and to get value pricing based on the number of passes/children. A waiver will need to be associated with each child, and should capture email addresses and postal codes for future re-targeting. When people who hold monthly passes arrive at the facility, they should be able to check in efficiently, like having a bar code or QR code scanned by a barcode scanner. When a kid is checked in, there should ideally be a "countdown clock" for their 2-hour time slot.

2) Birthday parties

Birthday parties will be a key offering. There will be 2-3 party rooms with different price points and some upsell add-ons. There will need to be time slots available for birthday parties, with realtime availability so that most parties can be booked online. The parents booking a birthday party will need to be able to send links to each attendee so that they can each fill out a waiver form before arriving at the facility. In the process, their information should be captured for re-targetting. People who hold monthly passes will be eligible for discounts on birthday parties.

3) Add-on sales

There will be limited add-on sales in the physical store. This will include snacks, drinks, toys, socks, and so on.

In addition, I will want everyone to be automatically pulled into Klaviyo for campaign and programmatic email – setting that up in detail is a potential next scope of work.

I have fairly substantial experience with Shopify and Klaviyo but I am looking for someone to do this better and faster than me, so please tell me a bit about yourself and provide example of comparable projects you have successfully completed.

Hourly Range: $14.00-$26.00
