Description:
We are seeking a talented developer experienced in API integrations to facilitate a seamless connection between our Shopify store and the Feature.fm platform. The objective is to automate the process of fetching UPC (Universal Product Code) and ISRC (International Standard Recording Code) data from Shopify and transferring it to Feature.fm using REST API calls.

Feature.fm is a platform that allows artists to promote links to their music releases across various platforms like Spotify & Youtube from a single landing page. The purpose of our API integration is to become a Digital Service Partner with Feature.fm allowing artists to include links to our platform when they are promoting their music releases using Feature.fm. Our platform is powered by Shopify and we include UPC / ISRC codes for every product we launch. Feature.fm requires partners to provide UPC/ISRC codes to them via API in order to match music releases with the appropriate Feature.fm landing pages.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop a custom API integration between Shopify and Feature.fm to enable data transfer.
2. Implement REST API endpoints in both Shopify and Feature.fm platforms for data exchange.
3. Ensure secure and efficient data transmission between the two platforms.
4. Handle error handling and data validation to maintain data integrity.
5. Test the integration thoroughly to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
6. Provide documentation and support for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Shopify development and working knowledge of the Shopify REST API.
2. Experience with Feature.fm API integration or similar music distribution platforms is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of RESTful API principles and best practices.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
6. Prior experience with e-commerce and music industry integrations is a plus.
