We are looking for a skilled individual with expertise in Shopify and various Shopify apps to join our team as a Shopify Developer/Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our website’s integrations and enhancing our website’s conversions.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Shopify apps and integrations, including Klaviyo for email marketing, Okendo for reviews, Loop for subscriptions, wonderment for post-purchase experience, and Refersion for affiliate marketing.

Assist in developing and implementing segmented email marketing flows with conditional logic on Klaviyo.

Perform basic CMS updates, including text and image changes, as well as more advanced modifications such as customizations to enhance the user experience.

Collaborate on the redesign of subscription models, improve product photography, and implement bundle pricing strategies.
Manage website design updates, including live chat implementation and the addition of new pages tailored to specific customer concerns.

Conduct Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and testing to improve website functionality and performance.

Liaise with the team to implement new ideas and strategies for website enhancement.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing and optimizing Shopify websites and a wide range of Shopify apps.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, including the ability to build out complex marketing flows.

Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and a knack for improving website performance and user experience.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to new challenges and applications.

Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for website design and functionality improvements.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the e-commerce space.
