We are seeking a skilled developer who can assist us in building a shift management system on FlutterFlow. The system should be able to manage schedules, track employee attendance, and allow for efficient communication between team members. The ideal candidate should have experience in FlutterFlow development, as well as strong knowledge of database management and APIs. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and implementing the system, testing and debugging, and ensuring that it meets all requirements.

The admin should be
– create a schedule for the following weeks
– create open shifts and shifts dedicated to a particular employee
– should be able to see scheduled hrs vs actual hours
– should be able to see the cost of employees in daily, weekly, and multiple week view
– should be able to approve shifts

The employee should be able to
– clock in and out
– should be able to share location while clock in and out
– should be able to see how much they have made in the current pay period
– should be able to see their schedule ahead of time
– should be able to pick, drop and change shifts with other employees
