The admin should be
– create a schedule for the following weeks
– create open shifts and shifts dedicated to a particular employee
– should be able to see scheduled hrs vs actual hours
– should be able to see the cost of employees in daily, weekly, and multiple week view
– should be able to approve shifts
The employee should be able to
– clock in and out
– should be able to share location while clock in and out
– should be able to see how much they have made in the current pay period
– should be able to see their schedule ahead of time
– should be able to pick, drop and change shifts with other employees
